PowerPod not working well...

Hi, I've just received my powerpod and it worked perfectly for the first couple of rides. Now it just sits with a flashing green light 24 hours a day and rarely transmits power readings - and when it does they are usually <10W.

It also won't connect to Isaac any more - but did initially.

I've dropped a couple of emails to technicalsupport@velocomp.com but there is no response.

I've tried the "hold button for 10 sec" reset and it doesn't fix it. Any other suggestions?

Please check your spam folder. There is a 99% chance Tom's responses are in there.

Hi John, you are correct. They are in the spam folder. I had a quick look before, but didn't see them.

Google reported that your mail server is incorrectly configured so they consider the mail to be spam - it looks to be SPF setup. This should be easy for your ISP to resolve.

I've replied to Tom's mail as his first tips didn't change things. Hopefully there is something else possible.
