Indoor train with rollers - power very high

Hi

I started an indoor training and i realized that the power is very high, so, i want to know what can i do for calibrate or adjust the power pod for my rollers.

I use a rollers for a company call og rollers

Which trainer profile are you using at present?

I don´t saw wich trainier profile i used, but yesterday i made a test, i modified the setting of the trainer profile and now shows some betters numbers, but i still don´t know if these are correct.

I use the next settings.

Yikes! You ride at 30 mph on rollers!!! You are a brave cyclist!!!!

The ride file looks fine otherwise...

Jeje thank you friend, but i need to improve :)

Well, I think I'll continue with that trainer profile, just one thing, the Total Weight (kg) is my weight + the bike? Or only my Weight?
