AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hey John,
the setup up of my aerobars and water bottle makes it difficult to use a standard mount. So I came up with a custom mount that will be permanentely attached to my aerobars using screws. Prior to drilling I would like to get your opinion if it is a good position for the PowerPod or if the shielding by the bottle is too much.

Unfortunately, the bends in the aerobars do not allow the PowerPod to be attached much out front.

It looks like your PP is attached to the aero bars by two white zip strips. Is this correct?

The location is fine. You will just need to make the mount stiff such that the PP cannot vibrate.

Thank you! The zip ties will be replace by a permanent mount which requires drilling my aerobars.
