I posted a thread about my two faulty Powerpods and the response I received when I brought this up customer services, is there a reason it’s been taken down?
I know your response, both on the forum and via email wasn’t great but I’d have left it up - looks like a bit of dishonesty to me.

Just as a quick final update - my second Powerpod has now gone the way of my first, specifically, it’s not recognising the USB connection.
