Gap in powerpod halfs

Post by hoosier1981 »

Hi - I received my Powerpod and haven't had a chance to go out for a ride yet. When I mounted it, I noticed the bottom of the Powerpod has a gap between the two plastic halfs from the front back through the bottom of the wind sensor. Meaning, if you look into the wind sensor, you can see through the bottom center as there is a small line open. I can try to take a picture when I get home, but first I wanted to check if this was by design? (If it's not supposed to be there I'd imagine it will affect the wind sensing). Thanks

This is OK and is part of the design. It allows water to fall out.
