PP does not recognize the HR

Post by F4B1O »

Hello!

After performing the calibration of the powerpod on the 2nd bike (TT), the HR is not recognized.
In the 2nd bike profile I see that HD ID has no code as the screenshot of the my road profile.
How can I solve the problem?
In attachment I have inserted one of my last activities where the HR is not recognized.
Thank you
Fabio

Is it the same heartrate strap ? if so just type the same number in.

1) Connect PP to Isaac

2) Go to Edit/Edit Profiles.

3) Click the "Get Profile from Device" button.

4) Click the Wireless ID tab

5) Confirm that the HR number is zero (this also confirms your PP is set to the profile you want to change)

6) Type in the ID number of your HR strap

7) Click Send to Device

Now, your other profile should record HR readings.

Yes, the heart rate strap is used for both profiles.

Hello

I tried to copy the "HR ID" of my road profile into the Time trial profile.
After testing it and downloading ride file, I still can not see the HR on Isaac.

I have attached my last ride made with the TT and my road ride, where everything works properly.

Clearly for both profiles, I use the same heartrate strap.

Do you have other solutions?

Thank you
