Calibration issues

Post by questioner »

I got an excange device. Thank you for that.
Position of the PP at the bike is the same than before.

After importing my old profile the shown watts were much to low.
So I did a new calibration-ride but the wind scaling seems odd. Being not happy with the data I did some more calibration rides without success.
Remarkable fact: After the calibration-process has finished, it directly starts a now one. Angle of the PP ist o.k.

Tried the check calibration function on some out and back rides but still got strange data.

John, please take a look at the ride files. I hope, you have an idea what is going wrong.
Thank you in advance!

Sorry to say this, but it appears that your exchanged device has issues.

Either your wind port is partially obstructed (which you can fix) or you'll need to return this unit.

It seems very, very odd that this would happen to you twice, so please show some photos of your bike setup.

But I do think you'll need to return this unit. Our sincere apologies.

Hello John,
thank you for your quick reply.

My first device runs very well until the USB-port does not work anymore.
How I said, bike-setup ist exatly the same.
The wind port looks o.k. So it seems I have to contact Tom again...
