No power on flat roads or downhill

Hello,

I'm using my Powerpod for two weeks now, and I think the most things work fine. But I think, that the results are not correct, when I'm cycling on a flat road or if its going a bit downhill. Then it always shows 0 watt.
Greetings from southern Germany
Stefan

Last summer I had the good fortune to do some riding near Schwangau. BEAUTIFUL!

I think your PowerPod is working properly. Where you have low watts you'll notice that you are on slight to moderate downhills. Gravity helps you on downhills, making the amount of applied power less important.

PowerPod is extremely sensitive to slope. In the sections where your power is low or zero, most of the time it is where you are on a downhill.

Also, in many portions of your downhills you are not pedaling--by definition, no power needed!

I've adjusted your profile a bit; load this into your PP and you will get even better readings.

Thank you for your help.

Schwangau is a nice place to be. It's not so far away from my hometown.

John, can you describe the profile adjustments you made here?

I used the "check calibration" feature to fine-tune the wind scaling factor.
