Won't charge

Hello!

I have a Powerpod since April 13 2016. It worked correctly until a week ago. Now it is impossible to charge it or connect it to a PC. Tested with different USB cables, PCs, Powerbanks, .... The unit does not respond.

I have sent an email to technicalsupport@velocomp.com (2017, January, 4). To this day I still do not get any kind of response.

We normally respond within a few hours.

Please check your spam folder, and I will forward your request personally to Tom.

Hi, I seem to have the same problem. Having used the Powerpod with no issues, today it won't charge at all.
Tried different USB cables, but it makes no difference. Also no connection with Isaac app. Totally dead.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

Yo estoy en la misma circunstancia tengo que resetear 10 seg aproximadamente para poder conectar con Isaac pero sin conexión no enciende necesito ayuda ya he mandado por privado al servicio técnico vivo en España por favor ayuda

If you have sent an email to technicalsupport@velocomp.com, but are saying you have not received a reply, please check your spam folder. Also, please email jhamann@velocomp.com
