Missing HR data

After about 70 rides, I find that HR data is suddenly missing for the last few rides. Also, when I merge with GPX data downloaded from Garmin Connect, which is my usual process, the HR data selection in the file sync window is grayed out. Any thoughts on what is causing this? HR data shows up in Garmin Connect, Strava, and RideWithGps.

I did change to a different Garmin chest sensor, so I expect the ID is different. If this is the cause, how do I get PowerPod to do a scan/do an edit in Issac to recognize the new HR sensor? The ID# Isaac assigns does not seem correspond to the HR sensor ID or S/N's.

On a related note, PowerPod automatically picked up a new speed/cadence sensor a few weeks ago after the old one failed, so I had expected that the new HR sensor would be detected and updated.

What worked for me when PP didn't see my cadens sensor was to hold the PP power button for 4 seconds to start searching for Ant+ sensors.

Maybe you can do it in Isaac too. But I haven't tried that myself. In the profile you can see the HR ID and it looks like you can edit it and send it to the PP.
You should find the new HR ID in your Garmin.

Make sure your HR strap is "on" (I wet the contacts before placing it on my chest).

Then, wake up your speed/cadence sensor, and do a new pairing. If the HR sensor is on then PP will pick up its wireless ID, too.

Yes, after invoking the re-pairing by holding the button for 4 seconds (sorry, I missed that in the instruction sheet - thanks!) it updated the sensor and all is well. This is great to know because while I normally use the Garmin HRM-Run sensor and a Fenix 3, I have an old Edge 705 I occasionally use for turn-by-turn, but it can only see the legacy HRM sensor.
