light wind ride in a rectangle track

Post by kdx200 »

Hi John
can you check the ride please? its a new ride after blowing and blowing the pp to "clean" it.

the day was "normal" and the wind was calm, no rain, no other bikes at the track (about 5k the loop). i think the numbers are ok and sometimes low watts numbers (ie 100w at 35kmh) perhaps the wind was helping me but didnot realizxe that.

thank you

Assuming that this is an outdoor track I think you're OK.

the low power numbers at 30+kmh seems to be poor.... in your opinion... are they correct?

You say the wind was light but your ride file suggests significant tail winds starting around KM 38. Is this correct?
