standard calibration - real power readings very low

Following standard calibration, I am riding along at a low effort but definitely putting some effort in, 15mph on the flat (something like 20kg of force through my leg), but the power reading shows 0W. This is definitely not true! Only when I start pushing quite hard do the Watts start reading something above zero. Hard effort seems about right - 400W ish.

Wondering if the angle of the Powerpod could have slipped after calibration, and so it thinks I am doing that speed but heading downhill, hence 0W reading?

Having said that, the mounting of the unit looks fine - solid and no obstruction to the air flow.

Any ideas?
