best smoothing?

who uses what smoothing on there ibike 6 for undulating TT? nice to not have jumpy but yet you need response . dps , 5sec , 10sec??

Dynamic Power Smoothing gives 10 sec smoothing when power is even, but instantly jumps to 1 second smoothing whenever your watts increment by 100W or more.

ok thanks. how long do they stay in 1sec mode before going back to 10sec?
