AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hi!

I would like to upgrade my Newton 5 to a Newton 6. I understand I can make my purchase to upgrade my Newton online by selecting the case and button colour. Pretty simple but what is the procedure for shipping the unit to you? Do I need to obtain an RMA number? Is there a preferred carrier, ex: Fedex, Purolator, UPS? Also I am shipping my unit from Canada, IE outside the continental US, do I need to fill out any customs forms. Some times it can be difficult to ship items containing a battery,hazardous materials etc. Are there any issues in this case? Finally what is the typical turn around time to produce this upgrade and return the item back to Canada?

1) Purchase the upgrade from ibikesports.com

2) Once you get a confirming email, send your Newton to us by the method of your choice

3) Once we receive the unit we will upgrade it and return it to you, generally within one week of receiving it

Many people ship by mail--inexpensive and hassle free.
