AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I have purchased the upgrade to 5.0 upgrade. Received 12 separate attachments for the instructions, each sentence and screen print separately - that was bizarre enough. Having pieced them together. Para 2 of the instructions say:
2) Load your FW 5.0 unlock key into your Newton. Your key is attached to this email.

A) Drag and drop the FW5_Unlock key to your desktop
B) connect your Newton to Isaac software
C) In Isaac software select "Device/Unlock Feature..."
D) Follow the prompts. When prompted select your "FW5_Unlock_xxx" key from desktop
E) DO NOT DISCONNECT YOUR NEWTON UNTIL AFTER IT REBOOTS
F) After success you'll see the "FW 5 Upgrade" listed as one of the features enabled in your Newton:
I assume A)means cut and paste from one of the screen prints the new S/N code, paste it into the Isaac/Device/S?N and FW Version screen. Firstly you can't drag from a screen print!! So only option seems to be to type it in? Secondly, can't edit the S/N code??????

I'm stumped!!

there should have been an attachment file FW5_Unlock_xxx that ends with a file extension ".enc" this is the file to drag to your desk top, that is your key that you need to click on when prompted. I hope this works for you.
