I have around 15 rides on my Iphone5 using Ibikecc. Up until yesterday I had had no issues uploading to strava. Yesterdays ride will not upload and have tried probably 15 times. It always says it has transferred but never shows up. I downloaded Ibike coach and I can get a ride to load to strava. I am wondering if I reinstall IbikeCC if it will begin to work again, but also think I will lose all my rides currently stored. I really want to get my last ride saved to strava, is there a way to do it through using the .csv file?

I tried using the isaac software, but when i open the .csv file in it everything is incorrect .

I also tried doing another test ride in Ibikecc, but it will not load either.

I had the same when work upgraded all staff phones to ios 7 from ios 5. The ibike app (the one that installs first time you plug it into the big ANT case) started doing dumb stuff, like exiting when the phone got undocked and breaking that ride file.

It also started asking things like "do you want to continue the previous ride? Y/N" and then not updating the old or a new file.

My longest ride ever was 23 km and that got munched, so I set up isaac on a windows VM and loaded my ride file. All I had to do was "export to Strava" then choose a CSV format file. Once I had that I just uploaded to the strava website and most was well. http://app.strava.com/activities/147459955 It still managed to concatenate my morning 1.5 km to work with the long ride.

So the only fix I found is to "End Current Ride" in the options, before you remove the phone from the case.
I also have no more than two or three ride files, and I upload them ASAP. But, I don't delete the rides till strava's website shows them.

What I don't understand, is why I have to use one app for the ibikeCC and a different app for walking/running (we have a dog so there's one or more of them a day.)
The Strava app doesn't seem to support the ANT+ sensors and the ibike app doesn't do anything but.

The cc app is no longer supported. Use the I bike gps app instead
