powerpod not being seen

So i went to download the data from just my second use of my new powerpod and nope Issac wont recognise that its connected.

When I plugged it into the laptop i got an error saying the device has malfunctioned.

Diff USB port same
Diff micro USB cable same
Reload USB drivers same
reload Issac same
reinstall OS same
try on diff computer same

How do i contact tech support to try and sort this ? from the tests ive done it looks like its a dud unit but im open to the velocomp guys having me try some other things before they need to replace / repair this for me.
