Zero or very low power during Downhills/descents

Hi,
I recently purchased the Newton Ibike 5+.
I did the first calibration (5min) and the 10min calibration ("Best accuracy" choice) with my profil configured in Isaac Software. All seem to be correctly done.
I have a question after my fisrt ride with the Newton. The Watts display is good and power responds well to the ride profile (uphill, flat, slight uphill and dowhill sections...)
However, i noticed that the power was to 0 Watt or very closed at very low power values for downhill/descent sections (-5% or steeper % slopes), despite the cadence isn't to 0 rpm and my pedalling constant. (The cadence sensor works well, i have my garmin computer also attached on my bike and the values are consistent with my pedalling).
I have to put a lot of force in my legs and/or to increase my cadence very high to reach a higher speed and so an acceptable or very low power value.
It is a normal performance from the Ibike Newton? It seems to be normal and logical (gravity influence, so it's difficult to have the same power as well as on flat or uphill sections) to have lower power values for downhill sections but i have doubts. I did'nt expected, from time to time, to have a 0 watt display.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
