FW 5 updated and no longer auto-pausing

I recently updated my Newton to FW 5 and noticed a problem.
On a number of recent trainer sessions I am noticing that the data continues to record when I pause.
The donwloads to Isaac look great, I dont see the pauses there; nor do the pauses show up on Trainerroad where I am transmitting power data to.
When I upload the CSV file to Strava, however, the upload is showing the full pause and recording it to the second.
This cannot be a Strava issue because the raw data is coming straight out of Isaac. I am not running Strava software to record the ride, merely uploading it after the ride.
Below are links to a workout from last night, the first is the workout on Trainerroad and the second is how it looks on Strava.
Notice the pauses at roughly 42:00 and 59:00 that only appear on the Strava upload.
Is this a glitch in the new FW?
