Newton Froze up after Interval session

I hope you can help me. I just finished a ride, I used Isaac to set up an interval that I sent to my Newton. I did the interval session and attempted to download the ride data to Isaac and now my Newton is frozen and not responding. Please help I have a century to do in 4 days and I really want my Newton with me for this ride. This is the first issue I have had with the hardware on the Newton.

Never mind, I did a hard reboot and it looks like its working ok. Sorry for the panic mode.
