Decrease in power when analyzes by Issac

When I down load my file and it goes through Issac analysis my power out is a lot lower than what I am reading on the newton during my workouts. When doing intervals And doing threshold I get a power output but after downloading the intervals are at tempo even in the low tempo range. My cal ride is labeled as dialed in. Any input would be great.

Please upload one of the files you have an issue with, preferably the original file as downloaded from Newton.
