Did fit test today achieved level 6, 3.82kg. How do I find out my max or average. The fit test was done using an isport.

That's a great result!

To get your average watts multiply your W/KG of 3.82 by your body weight (in kilograms). The resulting number will be your average watts for your fitness test.

With the iSport you won't be able to determine your maximum watts attained during the fitness test.
