Hi there,
I'd like to setup the PP on three bikes.
1. CX bike
2. Hardtail MTB
3. Dual suspension Enduro bike
Now I've read several threads about how to setup the profile for MTB. There are changes that need to be made to crr and CdA, O&B with suspension locked, coast downs etc.
Is there a definitive guide step by step on how to setup a PP for a MTB? Please help.
Definitive setup guide for MTB
Re: Definitive setup guide for MTB
It sounds like you have found all the relevant considerations for MTB.
Coast downs are not required for any of our products.
I'm not sure what you are asking for...

Re: Definitive setup guide for MTB
Thanks John,
What I'm after is a setup guide similar to what is already available but with deviations specific to a MTB setup. I.e. making a profile, first time setup, additional setup configuration etc. Do you make the necessary changes to crr and CDA before or after the O&b ride. Also with wider and more aggressive tyres how does this affect crr, what value is suggested for 2.6"?
Another question, once calibrated, I'm guessing it's no longer necessary to lockout the front/rear suspension. Is power accurately tracked with changes to terrain?
Sorry if the questions seem silly, I'm still coming to terms with how the pp works.
