Sorry for the double post but I had posted this as a reply to my original thread below and it seemed like maybe nobody noticed. I just wanted some feedback
Ok,
I got another coastdown and ride this weekend. On a local MUP so a bit more sheltered and controlled.
I did a tilt calc and wind offset immediately prior to the ride. I got 7 coastdowns and then my 4 mile ride.
I got the following numbers
Aero 0.362
Fric 5.958
Cda .380
Crr .0040
Seem better?
On my original CD's I got the values of
Cda .3774
Crr .00292
My original thread is here

Im just really getting curious if I have reasonable numbers. I have had this device probably 2 months now and still don't have confidence in it.

I don't know the details about your weight, ride position, etc., but the numbers seem very good. Send me your ibcd4m file and I'll be happy to take a closer look at it. travispape at yahoo.

Look in your "calibration rides" folder within the folder where your rides files get saved. It would be the ibcd4m file from the day that you did your coastdowns.Derath wrote:Thanks travis. I will send it along as soon as I figure out what it is
