shipping charge

Post by donnybike »

Dear iBike,
Please let me know the international shipping charge for Dual Mount for newton!
Considering it is a small item, I have it delivered more economical way.
Does your shopping cart apply a set high rate for international shipping?
This inquiry comes from South Korea.

Regards,
Donny

I am in the same situation except for I live in Europe. $39 for the mount can be regarded as fair, almost $60 for the shipping to Europe for a lightweighting item is way too much. There are basic services like those from USPS.

On the other hand European dealers do not list the DP Moun except one, but its price is horrible again, the total cost is around $100 there, too.

Thus I really hope for adding other cheaper (certainly also slower) international shipping options on iBike webstore.

We are more than happy to accommodate customers who select a less expensive, non-trackable shipping option. Generally, this is an excellent option when the value of the item is small. Note, however, that when packages ship without tracking it's at the customer's risk.

Just email us at technicalsupport@velocomp.com if you want to order something using less expensive postage.
