As far as TD's watts using .217 CdA, .004 Crr and other generalizations like 3 secs for turning/etc and a slight 2mph quartering crosswind it matches spot on with his time of 4:11.

yes, TT position , numbers in the screen shot that are cool are the 2cm increment moves up or down on stem and the resulting change in cdA as measured in the wind tunnel.
