Just received my new Newton tonight. Everything looks great! I did the trade-in option, but I didn't receive any instructions on how to mail my old iBike back to Velocomp. Was I supposed to receive some kind of envelope and form to mail it back??? Order #100085.

Once you receive your iBike NEWTON+ you will have 10 days to mail back your iBike Classic (GEN I, GEN II, GEN III – iSport, iPro or iAero) AND MOUNT (wired or wireless). We will track mailing date & receipt.
NOTE: KEEP YOUR SENSORS! You will NOT receive new sensors with your trade in.
IF you are riding with a WIRED UNIT you will need to order a new wireless speed/cadence sensor. Your new iBIke NEWTON will not work with wired sensors.
When we receive your iBike Classic (provided it is within 10 days of the receipt of your new iBike NEWTON) you will be immediately REFUNDED $100.
