Paypal won't accept order

Hi John;
I tried to purchase a Newton from the site using PayPal as the payment method and got to the last confirmation screen and got an "error has occurred, please contact the administrator". Is Paypal not an option for Canadian friends? How do I proceed?
July 4 is quickly approaching and I want to make sure I get the trade-in offer.
BTW, what shipping service is used for orders to Canada?
