If you're already using iBike software, you can obtain it by the software update link.

In order to set the iBike (Newton not arrived yet so my iAero Gen III) clock with Isaac, you must use the Download->Download window.
Please return the clock set option to the Device Menu.

Mac version of Isaac has a bug -
The open file dialog for a calibration file does not have a CANCEL option. (Device/Setup/Download Coastdowns.../Open Cal ride file ----- at this point you are stuck if you want to bail out and cancel.
If you end up not finding a Cal file in the folders and want to bail out - no can do -- have to Force Quit, right now.

I couldn't find any on-line help for the current version to explain what VI is (on the same line as NP, IF, and TSS)

"VI" means variable index.
Here's the discussion topic about it.

As an FYI, my short intervals generally yield VI in the 1.9 to 1.6 range. My longer intervals (5m) are 1.7 to 1.4 and typical club rides are 1.4 to 1.2. Long steady rides vary from 1.2 as low as 1.07 for long sustained efforts. The lowest I've ever hit was on a trainer with a VI of 1.04 for one hour.
