Yes, you'll see the Isaac software very soon.

We expect the Newton with new mounts will begin shipping around June 12.

Now you have me constantly checking in with our office manager for deliveries . Patience is a virtue (that I do not have...)

I'm super excited to get my NEWTON! and I got an email from UPS on Wed Jun 6th saying the shipping label was created with a tracking number. Now it is June 9th and there hasn't been any change in the shipping status. I know I need to be patient but when I got the shipping label email it got me excited and now I find my self checking the shipping status all the time. Any reason why the label was created but it hasn't been shipped?

Well, according to MY check with UPS, your order arrived in Shrewsbury MA on 6/8. Sounds like you'll have it on Monday...

Thank you, that is good news.
The bad news (if it can be considered bad) is that I will be off racing Monday through Wednesday so I won't even see it till I get back.
Plenty of time to play with it and dial it in afterward though.

I hate to have to put this in a forum message but I emailed you and got no response- so here it is:

In my original order I included a request for a RWS but it was not in the package sent(even though the shipping list says it was). I am using the stock setup and it seems to work well so can I cancel it and get refunded.
