FTP values for Powerhouse and Newton

I ride with a Newton now! I am going to have a Powerhouse soon!
It is my understanding the the Fitness test for the Powerhouse is 12 minutes! I have also seen a time of 5 minutes!
I have a couple questions!
Can I do a 20 minute Fitness test for Powerhouse? So both the Newton and Powerhouse is on the same page!
Is there a way to input my FTP manually into Powerhouse? Or see my FTP in Powerhouse so I can input it into my Newton?
