POWER RECORDING FAILURE

Have owned the Powerhouse & use it with an iPod for a week. The Yellow pointer does not move, except for 3 occasions & this only lasted for approx 5 mins.
Have placed a new battery in the cadence/speed sensor , ( can hear the click when turning the pedals ) . I also have an IBike pro & the power recording works fine.
Have re-scanned the Powerhouse several times and each time, scan is ticked o.k. Also have carried out tilt calibration several times.
Have used the programs iSlim and Freeride
Have tried the Powerhouse on 2 different bikes & same result power/pointer does not move.
Note speed/cadence etc works fine, except the power - yellow pointer.
Please assist with this matter.
p.s. to those who have trouble removing the Powerhouse from the case, ~ Use a piece of wire - a little thinner than a coat hanger - a small bend in one
end and a larger bend in the other end - gently slide the wire down between the back of the iPod and the case, turn 90 degrees and pull up.
