AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I searched for this topic and while others haven't had issues that I can see, I cannot get my Newton to recognise a brand new Cateye ISC-11 Ant+ speed/cadence sensor. I have even copied and edited a profile to delete sensor data, and see if that helps it "find" this Cateye sensor. To no avail. Can anyone assist?
