I had a factory profile emailed to me. I uploaded to my device and attempted a Cal Ride. I didn't do anything to the profile before uploading. While I was doing the cal ride, the speed on my newton was frozen at the speed I was doing when I started the cal ride. As I was going along, the odometer wasn't counting up, but the bar indicating distance into the first part was counting up. I turned around, but the Newton was still telling me to turn around. Looking at the ride in Isaac, I can't tell that I didn't slow down enough because there is no speed data, no cadence data and no HR data. Power is there, wind is there, elevation and slope is there.
I'm wondering if the missing data is normal when doing the first ride with a factory profile?
Is there anything I needed to do prior to the cal ride using the factory profile?
