Got my Newton and Cadence/speed sensor setup last night did a tilt and wind cal last night (did the windcal inside before left) I did not let the newton equalize -- I tried 3 different locations to do my cal ride the first 2 were not long enough to do so I settled upon the road outside our subdivision did a mile out and back there were a few cars (2-3) but no interuptions. This morning on the way into work I did a fitness test and came up with an FTP of 400 W. I am 6' 6" and weigh 230 so this is not outside realm of possibility but it does seem high at this point. I have been riding alot this year but little in the way of structured workouts. I am not entirely sure how to analyze files -- the only thing I did to my fitness test was enter starting and ending Elevations. So is this a good cal ride?
