Hello. in the manual there is a cal wind but I havent found what this is for and how to perform it. So
How can I perform a cal wind?
Should I perform a cal wind before each ride?
Waht is it used for?

The cal wind is in the setup menu. It is normally only necessary just prior to your cal ride, with the Newton series. If the temperature changes a lot, maybe another cal wind.
Search the forum for cal wind, lots of old discussions about it.

Speaking of temperature changes and cal wind, is it still necessary to equilibrate the Newton to the outside temperature prior to starting a ride?

It is a good idea. I usually try to have my Newton sit outside for about 15 to 20 minutes before I start a ride.
