Emailing iBike Files sent but not rec'd

On Friday 9/27/13 I was able to email, open and download my ride file. Today 9/30/13 i tried to email my ride file after a ride and i never received it. It said it was sent but i never got it. I changed nothing since Friday. is this something IBike has mosified or not. Thanks for your response...........jim
