Mystery of the missing watts

i went out to do another fitness test on the training bike with GEN3 pro clamped to my tri bars. i rode an out and back . what i didnt really take into account was the resurfaced road is very rough and may cause problems for the ibike.
i started the test with a huge tailwind. i was pedalling as hard as i could but hardly getting any power on the display. i soon worked out the vibration of the bike on the very rough chippings in the first 2 miles was messing up the ibike . when i got past the bad chip road the ibike started to show more constant wattage, but the average power on the ibike was reading around 90 after 5 or 6 minutes so i was sure of another failed test.
i got home and downloaded the ride, and found that when i analysed the route the power miraculously shot up to 305 watts from a rather disasterous 214. i am wondering is this 305 as accurate as i can get or is there more can be done to tidy up the bad readings throughout the ride?
i was also amazed no vibration showed up on the tilt plot, but the ibike obviously wasn't reading power well at all in the early part of the ride or later when i hit bumpy road again.
i attach the file of the fit test and would appreciate an expert running an eye over it and making any adjustments to get an accurate power measure for the test. i admit i may not have paced the ride too well as i tried a bit too hard early on to try to raise the wattage. the power does ease off a touch at the turn where i had to freewheel slightly around the roundabout.
