Is there a glossary for all the power terms?
Is there a glossary for all the power terms?
FTP, AP, NP, etc. What do they all mean and why is everyone so interested in them?

This is great information to read and really help you understand power based training.
For NP, IF, and TSS info read part 6.
On a side note, did you get your iBike from Sheffield down in Belize? Have you heard if the Tour of Belize will be happening again next year (the one in February).

Re: Is there a glossary for all the power terms?
I've been wondering for a while if it would be worth creating a new Forum Category "Training with Power" I know there are other sites that host this sort of thing eg , www.cyclingforums.com www.trainingpeaks.com , but a Power Training category here would be focused on using the iBike, Interval Setups, etc. Plus I like the community on this board and it would probably attract traffic and introduce a lot of cyclists to the effectiveness of the iBike as a training tool ? What do you think Velocomp?

I bought a book I thought would help me understand what I was looking at or should be looking at with a power meter. It turned out to be 224 pages of a training manual for the training peaks website which I would have to pay monthly fees to keep track of what I eat, And then I see more charts that don't tell me any thing where I could just learn from others about IBike charts. It would be nice to see how others are using their ISport, IPro and IAero power meters, And how they read the charts in the Ibike software. I read this forum every day looking for new tips, mostly I find tech support issues.
So repeating MM's words, "What do you think Velocomp?"
