Isaac shows USB port as <-1>
Isaac shows USB port as <-1> and will not connect to Powerpod saying the software needs a USB port between 1 and 64 -- but the slide bar doesn't allow any option other than <-1> and a Bluetooth connection. What gives??

Having the same problem connecting Newton to Isaac. It was working fine before and then just not connecting all of a sudden. Anybody else having the same problem?

Either your USB cable or your Newton is having a problem. Please email technicalsupport@velocomp.com for next steps.
