Pairing magnetless cadence sensor

I'm having issues parring my Garmin magnetless cadence sensor. The speed sensor works. The speed sensor has a type 245. Should the cadence sensor be the same Currently it's just 0?

The wireless IDs are fine. What kind of problems are you having? Please post a .ibr file.
