Upgraded to 504 now will not find comport

I am not sure how long the 504 upgrade has been out but I just installed it.

Now I get <1> as the comport.

I tried about 5 times to downgrade back to 501, No luck. Still cannot find the comport.

It seems that no matter which version of the iBike software I try, 501 or 504. It always installs the latest version of National Instruments Software and in case it matters (it did not help anyway), I upgraded to the latest version of Silicon Laboratories CP210X.

I know my Garmin don't use the same drivers but to prove the USB port is good I was able to download my ride data from the Garmin 705. And to prove there was not anything wrong with the iPro or adaptor, I have 5 computers on my network with the old version on two of them, I was able to upload the iBike data on one of them using Windows 7 Home Prem.

The system I’m having trouble with is an HP with Windows 7 Pro and did work before the upgrade.

I guess the NI drivers got corrupted on that computer. Travis sent me a file which reinstalled the NI software and all is good now.
