iBike 5.1.1 / Sic Labs 6.3.0.0 / Win 7

Hi,

I have a Gen III and I have loaded the latest version of all the software. Unfortunately, no matter what I do the Device menu item is disabled. I have even tried changing the COM port. I would greatly appreciate any help that can be provided on this.

Which version of Win7? Starter versions usually do not work.

IIWY I would uninstall all the iBike software, SIC, etc., then download the full version and do another install. Also check for firewall issues or virus scanners that might be interrupting the process. I have Win7 64bit home premium and it's never been a problem.

The Device menu gets disabled if you accidentally choose the setting to simplify menus. Just uncheck the "Show Simplified Menus for iDash Only" button in preferences as shown below:
