RIDE FROM PREVIOUS MONTH INCORRECTLY DOWNLOADED

Reguarly download each ride when completed - Save - and then delete from IBike.
No rides were in IBike before I started today 17th April, temp 70F, and had a new specific interval set.
Downloaded 17th April ride tonight, but a ride from a previous month appeared.
Tried several times to download, but same ride from the previous month keeps appearing, except
once, where no details of the ride today appears.
Battery shows good. Ready to exchange battery, but fear I will loose todays ride.

Check the time and date in your iBike. It sounds like this may be today's ride, but with the wrong ride data.

Do a trip reset prior to removing your battery and you won't lose today's ride.

Everytime I do a download, always check date and time.

did a trip reset and changed battery. and the download bike ride.
same details of a ride in March appear.

The ride I did 17th April 2011 was a FTP ride as per page 45 of Power Meter - Hunter Allen
Top left hand screen is correct, distance is correct 38km
Analysis Status shows 29_3_2011 and is incorrect

Attached is the ride from 17th april and now also notice some other rides are showing some errors , also see 9th april.

I must be doing something wrong

Have a fund raising ride in the next 2 days , and will be riding for a period of 5 days , hence need to have the Ibike working properly to record correct information. Please let me know how I can fix this error that I am experiencing.

Also> how do I attach a copy of the actual screen information of a ride to an email. I noticed what I had attached previous email was an excel spread sheet. Have tried everything, but the correct method.

The "Analysis Status" box contains the name of the profile you created. You named your profile "29_3_2011 8.8km Cal Ride West Lindfield", which is now showing up in every ride! It is just a name.

I renamed your profile "My iBike Profile". It is attached. Import this into your iBike software, then export it to your iBike, and all will be well.

Do you do group riding mostly? If these are individual rides, your WSF is incorrect.

You need to take "screen shots" of your computer to show actual information.
