Using Indoor Trainer

Post by coctavio »

Hi,
I used the isport today with the option of indoor trainer on.
I used the pre-program interval trains that the isport have. I have a doubt on the screen that appears on the ibike. Where can i find the target wattage for the train. It appears the actual wattage in the middle of the screen, the number of the interval, and some dot lines (like a bar graph) that moves with the amount of the power that you put on the pedals. Is this bar the orientation for the interval? How is the correct way to read it?

The target wattage is in the upper screen. The target wattage is shown as three numbers; the third number is subscripted. So, 243 watts would look like (in speed) 24.3 miles.
