Upgrade E-mail turnaround?

What's the usual turnaround, once the upgrade e-mail has been sent to iSport@velocomp?
I'll admit, I'm impatient. I should just just chill....

I called them after hours on a friday and they called me back that night.
They sent my upgrade the next day by email after I sent them the S/N number to my unit.
You might be in a hurry.
