iBike Stuck in Setup Mode

I've recently bought a new IBike Sport, which I successfully set up and took for a couple of rides, but it now seems to be stuck in setup mode. I've tried holding the up arrow for 2 seconds to exit setup mode, but this just takes it back into setup mode.

Can anyone help?

Take the battery out, flip it over for a second and then reinstall it in the normal direction. You shouldn't lose any settings other than the time and date.

Do I need to re-calibrate, or should these settings have been saved?

As stated previously, you shouldn't have to anything other than set the time and date and of course ride.
