Can't connect to devices

I'm having trouble finding my ibike power with garmin and my computer. I've tried two different garmins, searched for power meter and keep getting 'power sensor not found' message.
Also tried with my computer using ant+ usb dongle and can't find it either.
It has worked well in the past.
Any guidance?
