REPEATED Wireless Fail message

I am getting a repeated wireless fail message. This problem started about 2 months ago when I was initially using the combo speed/cadence sensor. When I started having pairing issues with that, I went back to the separate sensors without success. I have done hard resets. I have made sure the sensors are close to the magnets. I have replaced batteries in everything- iAero unit, mount, and sensors. I will sometimes get the sensors paired, but then I still get the wireless failed message about 30 seconds into my ride.

Am I missing something here? Is there a lifespan to these wireless mounts? To the iAero unit itself?

If you have replaced batteries in all your sensors and you are certain that your magnet position is correct, then you should return your iBike, mount, and sensor to us for examination. If your iBike is less than one year old then repairs will be covered under warranty.
