Morning,
I did a Best Accuracy calibration on my MTB bike and after that I did a short ride but I have the feeling the the power numbers are too high. Could you please check my calibration to see if there is anything wrong there?

Your routine is fine. As long as you start your ride in the same crank position you will be fine. Is it possible to copy the device profiles from one computer to another. On the new one I see only untitled 1 untitled 2 or something similar and not the names I have created.
